Creating a dynamic digital content management solution for Nissan Europe

Context

Nissan is one of the world’s most innovative car manufacturers, with a range of performance, utility, city, cross-over and electric vehicles that are at the leading edge of design and technology.

Ambition

Our brief was to develop a dealership experience that fully reflected this spirit and gave the customer exactly what they wanted and needed from a visit to the showroom.

Action

The first pilot for the new Nissan experience is now open and it delivers an exciting and dynamic mixture of inspiration and information through a range of screens and sound sources. Every single output is controlled remotely through a flexible Content Management System that delivers video to giant screens, digital POS to display units and even car data to iPads and digital lecterns.

Results

Results so far have been impressive with dwell times and conversion ratios increasing and positive support from customers and sales people alike. The concept also saves money on cardboard POS and increases compliance with brand standards.
